Shipping & Returns Policy

This covers physical items bought in the Mistress-X Store — signed keepsakes, merchandise and the Laundry Hamper (items a Mistress has worn). Digital items are covered by the Store rules in the Terms. Version MX-SHIP-2026-10-B.

Who sells and who sends

• Each item is sold and posted by the Mistress who listed it, from the country shown on the item. Mistress-X takes the payment, holds it, and settles it under this policy.
• Every item is checked by the Headmistress team before it goes on sale.
• Only Sub accounts buy, from the MX Wallet. You pay the item price plus the postage option you choose, shown before you pay; nothing else is added.
• Import duties, taxes or customs charges in your country are yours to pay. She declares the contents honestly; she won't mark an item as a gift to avoid duties.

Your address and your privacy

• Use any name on the parcel, and a PO Box or parcel locker if you prefer. You don't have to give your real name or home address.
• Your address is encrypted. Only the Mistress who sells you that item sees it, only for that order, and only while it's being sent or returned.
• It is erased 30 days after the order closes. She may not copy, keep, share or use it for anything else — doing so gets an account removed.
• Her address is never shown to you. She may post without a return address, or from a PO Box. If she accepts a return, she tells you where to send it inside the order; you see it only for that return, and it is erased with your address.
• Parcels are sent discreetly: plain packaging, with no Mistress-X branding or description of the contents on the outside.

Postage

• Postage comes from the rates below, set by the Headmistress team — sellers don't set their own. It depends on where the parcel goes and its packed weight, which she enters for each item.
• “Domestic” means a parcel within the country she posts from. She always posts domestically, and chooses which other zones she posts to.
• Where there's more than one option (for example Standard and Express) you choose at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.
• Free postage applies to the cheapest option: either she offers it (and pays it herself), or a zone below has free postage on items over a price (Mistress-X pays it). Faster options are still charged.
• All the postage you pay goes to her, as does postage Mistress-X pays for free-postage orders.

Posting

• She sets how many days she needs to post an item (1 to 14).
• When she posts it she marks it sent, with the carrier and a tracking number when there is one.
• If she hasn't posted it by the dispatch date you can cancel for a full refund. If it still isn't posted 3 days after that date, it's refunded automatically.
• She can decline an order before posting it; you're refunded in full.

When she is paid

• Your payment is held — it doesn't reach her until the item has arrived.
• Tap “It's arrived” when it does, and she's paid. If you don't, the order completes by itself 21 days after posting (35 days for international parcels), unless you've reported a problem.
• Postage is paid to her in full. The item price is shared like every Store sale (70% to her, 30% to Mistress-X).
• If an item is refunded because it was damaged or not as described, she returns the postage too; for a change-of-mind return she keeps it.

Problems before it's complete

• If it hasn't arrived, arrived damaged, or isn't what was described, report it from the order before it completes. The payment stays held.
• The Headmistress team looks at the order, the tracking and what you both say, and decides: refund you in full, or pay her (for example, when tracking shows it was delivered to your address).

Returns after it's complete

• You can ask for a return within 14 days of the order completing.
• Damaged or not as described: always accepted. Once she has it back, you're refunded the item price and the postage.
• Change of mind: only where the item says she accepts returns, and never for Laundry Hamper items. You pay the return postage; once she has it back, you're refunded the item price.
• Send it back unused, in its original condition, with tracking if you can.
• She answers within 3 days. If she doesn't, or you disagree with her answer, it goes to the Headmistress team, who decide.
• Refunds go back to your MX Wallet. Wallet funds can't be paid out as cash.

The Laundry Hamper

• Items a Mistress has worn herself: panties, socks, nylons, shoes, tops and loungewear, and personal accessories. Each says how long it was worn and, if she chooses, where.
• Only Mistresses with a current gold tick (identity and age verified) sell in the Laundry Hamper. If her tick lapses, her Hamper items are paused until she renews it.
• For hygiene, worn items are never returnable for a change of mind. They are still covered if they don't arrive, arrive damaged, or aren't as described.
• Items are sealed in a clean bag before posting. No bodily fluids beyond ordinary wear, and never used sex toys, hair, nails or bodily waste.
• “One of one” items exist once: when it's sold, it's gone.

Never sold here

• Weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco or vapes, medicines, live animals or anything hazardous to post.
• Counterfeit goods, anything she doesn't own, or anything illegal to send to where she ships.
• Anything showing someone else's face, name or identifying details without their consent, or any address or ID.
