Terms of Service
Version MX-TERMS-2026-10-N · updated 31 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and My Mistress X (“we”, “us”, “the house”) for using the site. By creating an account you accept them, our Community Guidelines, our Privacy Policy and, when you buy or sell a physical item, our Shipping & Returns Policy.
1. Who can join
- You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher, and allowed by your local law to view adult content.
- The date of birth you give at sign-up must be true. It can't be changed later.
- One person, one account. You join as a Mistress or a Sub; the Headmistress team runs the site.
- You may not join if we have removed you before, or if using the site would break the law where you are.
2. Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- Profiles, photos, messages and paid content are for signed-in members only. Don't share another member's content or details outside the site.
- We may warn you, suspend your account for 24 hours to 30 days, remove content, or close your account if you break these terms or the Guidelines, or to protect members or the site. Where we can, we tell you why.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, watermark, transcode and show it to members, as needed to run the site, for as long as it's on the site (and in backups for up to 30 days after).
- You promise you own it or have permission to post it, and that everyone shown in it is an adult who agreed to be shown. Only post photos of yourself on your profile.
- Store items, PPV and covers are reviewed before they go on sale. We may refuse or remove anything that breaks these terms, the Guidelines or the law.
- Content you buy is for your own personal viewing. Photos are watermarked with your username. Sharing, reselling or re-uploading anything you bought isn't allowed.
4. Quid and the MX Wallet
- Quid is the site's credit: 1 Quid = A$1. Subs top up their MX Wallet by PayID or bank transfer (A$5.00 to A$5,000.00 a request). A top-up is added once the Headmistress team has matched the payment.
- Where card payments are offered, you can also top up by card, from A$5.00 a payment, within the card limits the Headmistress team sets — currently up to A$1,000.00 a payment and A$2,000.00 in any 24 hours, or A$500.00 in your first 7 days. The limits can change; your wallet always shows how much more you can pay by card. You pay on the card processor's own secure page, and the Quid is added once the processor confirms the payment. Any card fee is shown before you pay. If a card payment is refunded or charged back, the Quid it added is taken back from your wallet, as far as it's still there. After a chargeback, card top-ups are paused on your account until the Headmistress team has looked into it.
- MX Pay, where it's switched on, is a test card payment method that stands in until a real card processor is connected: any card details work, no card is ever charged and no real money moves. You can save cards and choose MX Pay where you pay; its window shows your chosen card and the amount. A Sub's payment by MX Pay adds exactly that amount to the MX Wallet and pays for the thing straight away, so the usual rules for it apply — and if it can't go ahead, the amount stays in the wallet. Refunds of anything paid this way come back to the wallet, not to the card. Monthly renewals are taken from the wallet. A Mistress can pay for Marketplace items with MX Pay instead of from her Earnings Vault.
- Only Subs spend from an MX Wallet. Quid is used on the site only: it can't be withdrawn, transferred to another member, exchanged for money or used anywhere else, and it earns no interest.
- Unless the law requires otherwise, a top-up can't be refunded once it's in your wallet. If a payment was added by mistake, or added twice, we may correct it.
- If you close your account, any Quid left in your wallet is forfeited. You're told the amount and asked to confirm before closing.
- Every movement of Quid is recorded in a ledger that can't be edited; mistakes are fixed with a new, visible entry.
5. Paying a Mistress
- Tributes, gifts, tips, tickets, chat unlocks, pledges, PPV, task skips, game entries, Store items, paid calls, scene room entries, keyholding fees, owned positions, Wall of Shame stays and wishlist gifts are paid from a Sub's wallet. The Mistress receives 70% and the house keeps 30%. Each page shows the price before you pay, and a repeated tap never charges twice.
- Tributes, gifts and tips are voluntary and aren't refunded, except where these terms or the law say otherwise. Nothing on the site entitles a Mistress to money you haven't chosen to send.
- Some payments are held until the thing you paid for happens, and are refunded to your wallet if it doesn't:
- Custom Store orders — held until she delivers and you accept, or 3 days after delivery. If she declines, or hasn't delivered 3 days after the due date, you're refunded.
- Physical items — held until it arrives, as the Shipping & Returns Policy sets out.
- Paid calls — held at booking. You can cancel a confirmed call for a full refund until 2 hours before; she can cancel any time before the room opens (full refund); requests she doesn't answer expire at the start time (full refund); if she doesn't open the room you're refunded; if you don't join within 15 minutes of it opening she's paid in full. Paid time runs only while you're both connected. If a call drops and can't be restored within 2 minutes, or she ends early, the unused minutes become your credit with her for another call.
- Scene room entries — held until the room closes, then paid to her; refunded if you're removed, if the room is closed by us or her account closes, or if you paid in the last 10 minutes before it closed. Gifts in a room are paid at once.
- Auction bids — your highest bid is held and comes back the moment someone outbids you, or if the reserve isn't met or the auction is cancelled. A bid can't be withdrawn. A winning bid buys the item: a digital item at once; a physical item once you check out with an address and postage within 48 hours — if you don't, your bid is returned and the win lapses.
- Digital Store items and PPV are delivered at once, so they aren't refunded for a change of mind. If an item is missing, broken or not as described, report it and the Headmistress team will look at it; we can refund any order.
- Mystery boxes — every item in a box normally costs at least the box price, the odds are shown before you pay, and the draw happens on our server, skipping items you already own. You always get one item (it arrives in your library like any Store purchase) and never Quid, coins or money. Items from her vending machine are ordinary Store purchases.
- A Mistress's game gives a random task, dare or outcome. It never pays out Quid, coins or money.
- Events & meetups — a paid ticket is held from your wallet until the event, then paid to the host (70/30), or to the house for a Headmistress team event. Cancel before the host's cut-off and it's refunded; after it, your place is freed but the ticket isn't refunded. If the host cancels or removes you, you're refunded. Joining a paid waitlist means agreeing to be charged automatically if a place comes up. In-person addresses are shown only to confirmed guests from 24 hours before; meetups are between members — we don't run or supervise them.
- Group calls — a group call is an event: a seat is a ticket, held from your wallet and paid to the host (70/30) after the call, with the same cut-off refunds. If the host never opens the call, every seat is refunded. If the host removes you from the call, your seat is refunded. If the host ends it early, seats are still paid. Everyone in the call sees and hears everyone else.
- Owned positions — when you apply for a Mistress's position, its price is held from your wallet until she decides: paid to her (70/30) if she accepts you, refunded if she declines or doesn't answer within 7 days. A monthly position renews from your wallet each month until you turn renewal off; if the fee can't be taken, you have 3 days to top up before it lapses. You can leave, and she can release you, at any time — without a refund. Owned positions are shown to members on her Owned Wall, your profile and The Wall.
- PPV — a set you buy is yours to keep, also after it's retired. A rental lasts the hours shown, then ends. A Mistress's PPV club is a monthly subscription from your wallet: it renews each month until you cancel (you keep access to the end of the month you paid for), and if the fee can't be taken you have 3 days to top up. Club access lasts only while you're subscribed — it never becomes ownership — and ends for a set she retires. Within 7 days of buying or renting a set, you can raise a problem with the Headmistress team; if they refund it, the set leaves your library. Reviews show your name to other members.
- Wishlists — a gift towards a Mistress's wish or goal is paid to her at once (70/30) and isn't refunded, even if she later closes it or a goal ends before it's reached. She buys the thing herself: we don't sell, ship or guarantee it, and no shop links or addresses are exchanged.
- Wall of Shame — you ask a Mistress for a stay on her wall (a week, a month or for life) at the price she sets, and it's held from your wallet until she decides: paid to her (70/30) when she puts you up, refunded if she declines, you withdraw first, or she doesn't answer within 7 days. A week or month stay ends on its date; a life stay lasts until one of you ends it. You can take yourself off at any time — once you're up, without a refund — and she or the Headmistress team can take a post down. The wall is for signed-in members only, never the public. Her caption and photo must follow the Guidelines — including the rule against sharing private information that identifies you.
- Trust badges and levels — a Mistress you keep in your Little Black Book can give you a trust badge (purple), and the Headmistress team can give gold ones; either can take theirs back. Your devotion level is worked out from what you've done on the site. Badges and levels are recognition only: they have no wallet value and can't be bought.
- Honours are titles the Headmistress team awards. They're shown on your profile and The Wall, may end on a date, and can be taken back.
- Marketplace — Style Packs and Studio PRO plugins are made by the Headmistress team. Paid ones come out of a Mistress's Earnings Vault (all to the house) and are hers to keep, even if we later take them off sale; they aren't refunded for a change of mind. They appear in her Earnings Vault history and tax records as purchases.
- Chastity Vault — a lock is an agreement between two adults; no device is connected and we can't lock or unlock anything physical. A keyholding fee is tribute, paid when the Sub accepts, and isn't refunded if the lock ends early. The Sub can always end a lock with the emergency unlock. A key-safe combination he stores is encrypted and shown only to him, when the lock ends — keep your own way to open the safe in an emergency.
6. House games and play coins
The house games (slots and the like) are for Subs and the Headmistress team, and are played only with free play coins. Play coins have no value: they can't be bought, won as money, transferred or cashed out, and they never touch your wallet.
A Mistress can run a raffle, lotto or bingo in her live room. You enter with play coins only — never Quid or money. Our server makes every ticket, lotto number and bingo card and draws every ball. The prize is what she offers (such as a shout-out, a task, an item or call time) and she gives it herself; it is never Quid, coins or money, and we don't guarantee it. If she cancels a game, or her show ends before it's over, your play coins come back.
7. The MX Trade Centre, MX-COIN and MX Collectibles
- Subs can buy and sell MX-COIN with Quid from their wallet. The house is the only buyer and seller, at a price the Headmistress team sets by hand. The price can move at most 20% either way in a day (Sydney time), and every change is shown with a note.
- MX-COIN is a feature of the site, not money, a security, a cryptocurrency or an investment. It can only be sold back to the house for Quid at the current price, less the sell fee shown before you confirm. It is never paid out as money. Its price can go down as well as up, and past prices say nothing about future ones.
- We may pause trading, change the fee or set a holding limit. A trade at an out-of-date price is refused.
- You can give coins to a Mistress: the house buys them back at today's price and she receives their value as a tribute (70/30).
- If you close your account, your coins are frozen with your wallet balance.
- MX Collectibles are numbered editions of the house's art, collected with MX-COIN. Subs can sell or swap them with each other; the house takes a royalty in coins on each sale or swap, shown before you confirm. They're not blockchain tokens, have no value outside the site and are never cashed out. Each edition's history of holders is shown on the site.
8. Mistresses: earnings, payouts and tax
- Your 70% share goes to your Earnings Vault. You can ask for a payout of 20 Quid or more to your PayID or bank account. Payout details are stored encrypted. The Headmistress team reviews each request and pays it, or returns it to your vault with a reason.
- We may hold a payout while we look into a report, a dispute, a refund or suspected fraud. If an order you were paid for is refunded, your share comes back out of your vault.
- You use the site as an independent creator, not as our employee or agent. You set your own prices within the site's limits and decide what you offer.
- You are responsible for your own tax, including income tax and any GST. Earnings Vault → Tax records gives you each financial year's figures; it isn't tax advice.
- Before closing your account you must withdraw your earnings.
9. The gold tick
Members can ask for a gold tick by sending an ID photo and a selfie. The Headmistress team checks them by hand; the photos are deleted when the decision is made, and only a fingerprint of them is kept. A tick lasts 6 to 24 months and can be removed if it was obtained wrongly. You can renew it from 30 days before it ends (we remind you 30 and 7 days before, in the site and by email if your address is confirmed); your tick keeps showing while the renewal is reviewed, and the new period starts when the old one ends — though a tick never runs more than two years ahead. It shows we checked an identity at that time — it isn't a promise about anyone's behaviour. Selling in the Laundry Hamper needs a current tick.
10. Safety, reports and moderation
- Use Report on any profile, message, live chat line, item or call. Reports go to our moderators.
- Staff don't read private messages except through a report, and every such view is recorded.
- Paid calls, group calls and their chat are never recorded or stored by us. Calls go browser to browser or through our relay.
- Block anyone at any time; a block stops messages and payments between you.
11. Closing your account
You can close your account in Settings → Account, and download a copy of your data there first. Closing removes your profile at once. The rest of your records are kept for 8 months (to handle disputes, refunds and reports) and then deleted for good. Money records stay, without your name, because the ledger can't be edited.
12. The service
- We work to keep the site available and your data backed up, but the site is provided as it is, and features may change, pause or end.
- We aren't a party to arrangements members make with each other, on or off the site. Meet people at your own risk and follow the Guidelines' safety advice.
13. Your rights and our liability
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded, including the consumer guarantees.
- As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, for what members do, or for content members post. Where our liability for a service can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.
14. Changes and disputes
- We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll tell members in the site before they take effect; continuing to use the site means you accept them.
- If you have a complaint, tell the Headmistress team first and we'll try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
